PROJECT M.O.V.E.

Movement to overpower violence everywhere

OBJECTIVE
Eryc Taylor Dance is looking to use it’s indepth experience from local and international dance therapy programs to expand it’s successful residency with the Post graduate Center for Mental Health to reach as many hospitals, clinics, and boarding homes as possible.

CONTEXT
In 2013, Eryc Taylor Dance entered a residency program for the Post Graduate Center of Mental Health. Currently, ETD is curating five dance therapy workshops a week, at five different PGCMH resident housing facilities. The workshops, “Movement Expressions” & “Breath & Energy”, focus on creating a serene, safe environment for the students to create an outlet to express their emotions and heal their pain, physical & mental, through movement.
